Refund Policy
At Nadara, your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. Due to the nature of our beauty and personal care products, our policy is designed to ensure hygiene and quality standards:
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Note: For hygiene reasons, opened packages or products with broken seals cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason (as per the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law regarding personal care and hygiene products).
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
- In such cases, Nadara will cover all shipping costs for the exchange or return process.
- Returned items will be inspected upon arrival to confirm they meet our return conditions.
- Approved refunds (excluding original shipping fees) will be processed via (Electronic Wallets or InstaPay) within 10–14 business days.
- Cancellation before shipment: If the order is cancelled immediately after payment and before it is dispatched, a full refund will be issued with no deductions.
- Cancellation upon delivery: If the order is refused at the time of delivery, shipping fees will be deducted from the total amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
Refund Duration: Refunds for electronic payments are processed within 10–14 business days, depending on the payment provider’s policy.
- Available Payment Options: At Nadara, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and through a direct transfer via Vodafone Cash or Instapay.
- Refund Channels: To ensure the fastest service for our luxury clientele, refunds are processed through:
